Cuisinart manufactured series of food processing items and kitchen appliances that really changed the way people worked in kitchens. One of such appliance is the Cuisinart ice cream maker. With simple design and technology, this maker became one of the favorite home kitchen appliances.

Below are given some easy ways to use Cuisinart Ice-Cream Maker.
Cuisinart CSB-76BC
1. Place the Cuisinart ice bowl in deep freezer for almost 6 to 22 hours. It depends on the capacity of the freezer. Do this in advance- before making the ice cream.
2. Make sure the ice bowl is completely frozen. The bowl contains liquid and is double insulated. Just shake the bowl to check if it is frozen. If you hear sounds like sloshing, it has to be deep frozen further.
3. The ingredients you add in the ice cream should be chilled. Do not keep the ingredients outside at all. If the preparation requires little cooking, such as making sugar syrups, ensure that the syrup has cooled down and then keep it in fridge.
4. To prevent the mix from 'firming up', use alcohol or alcohol based ingredient (such as vanilla essence). Add the alcohol or essence at last and mix it slightly with the help of Cuisinart ice cream maker.
5. Never place the Cuisinart ice cream maker near hot atmosphere- places directly in contact with sunlight. Since the frozen bowl will not remain in that state too long, use the maker in the coolest place in your home.
6. Place the mix into a container or small cups and deep freeze it. Prepare the ice cream well in advance so as to make it consistent. It will solidify perfectly and yet melt just like you buy in store. Enrich it further by adding a dollop of rich chocolate sauce or hot chocolate!
